Designed the brand guidelines with a complete overhaul of the visual identity and its deployment across all print and digital media. Developed and implemented a targeted social media strategy for Instagram to enhance brand awareness and increase user engagement. Revamped the visual identity and "Tone of Voice" for CRM activations in close collaboration with the CRM team. Advanced the marketing and design strategy by creating print and digital campaigns for the EMEA region, including various assets such as magazines, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and newsletters, integrating motion design to maximize campaign impact. Finally, implemented the Agile methodology via Jira to optimize coordination and efficiency within the marketing team.
