Les missions
Development and premiumization of CRM materials through the design and modernization of templates. Enhancement of the business triggers strategy in collaboration with the CRM team to optimize use cases such as Abandoned Cart or Product View Retargeting, aiming to improve the conversion rate. Contribution to the redesign of digital assets for EMEA websites by improving the user experience in partnership with the e-shop team. Implementation of a new Jira workflow to optimize internal processes and mentorship of a junior team member to support their professional growth.
