the brief

The main objectives were to strengthen brand identity, notably by overseeing photo and video shoots, optimize the workflow to maximize the production of marketing assets across all markets, and increase engagement on paid social media campaigns as well as organic posts on Instagram.

The results

Development and supervision of brand identity and tone of voice through the creation of the Brand Book Content and the graphic charter.

Management of multimedia creative projects such as lifestyle photo and video shoots, interviews, and product shoots.

Creation and optimization of omnichannel content, with graphic redesigns to ensure a coherent and impactful image.

Managed the production of visual and textual content for campaigns across all EMEA platforms (TV ads, OOH video, subway ads, magazines, Google Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters, etc.).

Increased graphic production by 10x, with over 7 500 assets produced per year, across 13 countries, for all Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Performance Max activations.

Social media strategy and management: designed, launched, and managed strategies for Instagram and YouTube.

Created dedicated shoots for social media strategy on Instagram and TikTok.

Implemented Agile methodology via Notion to optimize project management and increase productivity for the Marketing team.

Recruited and managed the Design team.
