Increase the production and delivery of newsletters in the U.S. and EMEA markets. The goal was to establish an efficient workflow between the Design team and the CRM team, and to strengthen the branding of CRM communications through a "premiumization" of the newsletters.

The results

Implementation of an agile workflow on JIRA, including the configuration of custom processes, role definition, and permissions.

Increased graphic production by over 70%, from 35 to more than 120 weekly newsletters.

Consolidation of branding and graphic consistency in CRM communications.

Improved UX and UI of CRM communications.

Developed 22 templates on the Dartagnan CMS, recognized as standards by the platform.
